Privacy Policy
The short version: this website has no sign-up form, no login, no analytics scripts and no advertising trackers. We learn something about you only when you choose to message us on WhatsApp, and we use that only to run your ID and answer you.

1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the website at www.allpaanelexch.in and to conversations with the Allpaanelexch desk on WhatsApp. It does not cover the panel you log in to with your ID, or WhatsApp itself, which have their own policies.
2. What the website collects
Nothing you type, because there is nowhere to type it. There are no forms, accounts or comment boxes here.
Standard server logs. Like every website, our server and our network provider, Cloudflare, automatically record technical details of each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used to keep the site running and to block abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Cookies. Our own code sets no cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell real visitors from bots. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
3. What the desk collects on WhatsApp
When you message us, we see and may keep a record of:
- Your WhatsApp number and profile name
- Whatever you send us, such as messages and payment screenshots
- The username of the ID issued to you, and your transaction history with us
- Bank or UPI details you give us so a withdrawal can be paid
We never ask for passwords, OTPs, card numbers or PINs. Please do not send them. If you do so by mistake, delete the message and change the password.
4. How we use it
- To issue your ID and recognise you when you come back
- To verify that an ID belongs to you before a reset or a withdrawal
- To trace deposits and withdrawals and to resolve disputes
- To prevent fraud and misuse, including under-age use
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing to numbers that have not contacted us.
5. Who we share it with
Only where needed to do what you asked: for example, payment details pass through banks and payment providers when money is sent. We may disclose information if the law requires it. Beyond that, it stays with the desk.
6. How long we keep it
Chat and transaction records are kept for as long as your ID is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of disputes or legal requirements. Server logs are rotated routinely.
7. Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and ask for corrections.
- Ask us to close your ID and delete your chat records, subject to anything we must keep by law or for an open dispute.
- Delete your side of the WhatsApp chat at any time.
To do any of this, message the desk from the number linked to your ID.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to chat records is limited to the people who staff the desk. No system is perfectly secure, which is one more reason never to send a password or an OTP to anyone. Practical steps on your side are in the safety guide.
9. Under-18s
This site and our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly deal with minors. If we learn that an ID holder is under 18, the ID is closed.
10. Links to other services
The support buttons open WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy. We have no control over how third-party services handle data.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top.
